Key Responsibilities:

 

Implement Market Strategy: Execute strategic plans to maximize sales turnover, sold quantities, and market share in your assigned territory.

 

Customer Management: Actively acquire orders, nurture existing customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem-solving.

 

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing market research, utilizing CRM tools to gather insights and contribute to a well-balanced sales funnel.

 

Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, feeding the sales funnel with potential customers and growing supply share at existing accounts.

 

Travel Efficiency: Plan and execute travel efficiently, ensuring proper customer visit preparation, reporting in CRM tools, and meeting Sales Excellence KPIs.

 

Daily Operations: Address daily challenges such as troubleshooting, claims, and other issues, ensuring the growth of sales turnover and sold quantities for existing customers.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Education: Technical or commercial education (HTL, University, University of applied science).

 

Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in Europe or international markets.

 

Languages: Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

 

Driver's License: Must possess a valid driving license.

 

Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 40% of working time within the Western Europe region.
