CRM and Customer Master Data Expert

CRM and Customer Master Data Expert 

 

 

Job Purpose

 

Under the direction of the Manager Pricing & Sales Performance, you will support the global roll-out of our new CRM tool and conduct regular customer master data maintenance. You will become our global Business Champion for the CRM and promote the required standards and best-practices to drive worldwide user adoption. You will be integrated into a high-performance team from day one and become part of a fast-paced movement to digitalize our global sales processes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Act as first point-of-contact for the CRM Champions in our subsidiaries.
  • Facilitate the global roll-out of our new CRM tool and with it the digitalization of our global sales processes.
  • Create and maintain training content for our global CRM Training Library (instructions, Best-Practices, Screencasts, Wiki etc.)
  • Train and support users in the new CRM by combining an effective mix of learning resources (online trainings, self-study material, quizzes, competitions etc.)
  • Perform regular data quality checks and maintain selected data elements in the CRM. Drive regular data maintenance clean-ups with our global subsidiaries.
  • Implement minor customizations and improvements of our CRM modules in close cooperation with our sales teams.
  • Keep-track of and maintain global user roles in the CRM.
  • Regularly update CRM reports and analyse findings (e.g. on user adaptions).
  • Conduct regular data maintenance to ensure we have complete, consistent and up-to-date customer master data in our Business Warehouse and CRM tool.
  • Map our internal customer master data with a third-party reference database and seek data input from Segments and Regions
  • Initiate and track research requests with Dun & Bradstreet.
  • Support global customer master data maintenance and update processes with the Segments and Regions.
  • Perform and analyse regular quality checks on data entries and follow-up where required.
  • Create master data glossary and maintain master data glossary section “Customer”.
  • Support projects relating to master data professionalization and automation.
  • Organize and prepare meetings and workshops relating to master data management.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor or an equivalent degree in commercial discipline.
  • 1Y+ years of full time / part time / internship work experience in a commercial setting (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Controlling, Marketing etc.)
  • Structured and detail-oriented thinker
  • Ability to write clear and concise documents
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid command of German and English

Gross monthly salary: from EUR 2.800,- (according the collective agreement, full time); overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience

 

Location: 1030 Vienna, Subway U3 Gasometer – please be aware that we will move into a new office (QBC) at the main railroad station Vienna (Hauptbahnhof) at the end of 2021.
