Product Digitalization Manager

At our location in Vienna, we are currently recruiting:

 

Product Digitalization Manager 

 

 

Together with the business units, Semperit's Digitalization Initiative within the “Customer Excellence Center” develops new market opportunities, services, and products using digital technologies. Customer-centric business and use cases are examined in proof of concept projects, introducing new digital solutions and innovative technologies to drive our digital transformation forward.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Build, lead and develop the Digitalization Initiative cross all business segments
  • Create strong relationship to management and manage expectations of key stakeholders
  • Partner with Product Managers and Application Engineers to create and maintain a product pipeline prioritized by customer and business value
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for existing and new digital products, including functionality, performance, results criteria, evolution, and lifecycle
  • End-to-end responsibility for the digitalization of our products and services
  • Build a digital ecosystem to support digital products and services
  • Market research for digital solutions
  • Develop Proof of Concept projects for innovative digital solutions with focus on products and services
  • Develop customer centric digital driven business cases
  • Assess the business impact of various options and effectively balance tradeoffs between business/customer needs, technology requirements, costs, time, and budget to deliver compelling solutions

 

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree (Bachelor level or more)
  • Experience in working at product or service digitalization and data management implementation
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into a non-technical language
  • Communicative, convincing personality bringing people and teams together
  • Experienced in managing change and resilience
  • Strong project management skills, ideally in an agile environment
  • Champions cross functional collaboration and alignment
  • Excellent understanding of digital-creation trends, emerging technologies, and innovations
  • Experienced working in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Background and skill set to manage complex initiatives from start to finish
  • Good written and spoken English

Gross monthly salary: from EUR 3.500,- (according the collective agreement, full time); overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.

 

Location: 1030 Vienna, Subway U3 Gasometer – please be aware that we will move into a new office (QBC) at the main railroad station Vienna (Hauptbahnhof) at the end of 2021.
