I’m responsible for smooth HR operations for overall Semperit business in Asia and acting as bridging function between Asia operations and HQ functions in Austria in all HR related aspects.

My job involves a lot of interaction with diverse teams across boundaries, cooperating with them to achieve service and operational excellence for the company. Being able to respect sensitivity and confidential, listen actively and provide sound advices are important in partnering the business and employees in achieving their goals.

Position:  Global Quality Manager Semperflex

My name is Pavel Hejcman and I am responsible for developing and maintaining the quality system of the segment Semperflex Hydraulics, worldwide. My daily tasks impact the success of our company by ensuring our competitiveness in terms of quality, reducing costs due to non-quality and improving customer satisfaction.

The fundamental challenge relating to my position is the strong need for continuous improvement, not just in manufacturing and system processes, but also in intensive and never-ending self-improvement.

I joined this company in the middle of 2013 and from the beginning I´ve noticed a continuing process of development, expansion and globalization of this company and I really enjoy being a part of this.
