Controlling Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Strategic conception and implementation of controlling structure for German plants
Responsibility for plant wide financial and operational controlling incl. reporting, forecasting, budgeting, investments
Sparing Partner for Division & Local Management and financial conscience in plant cost saving activities
Review monthly results, prepare monthly management reporting for local management and provide data for management consolidation and group wide management reporting
Conduct local controlling activities including forecasting and budgeting according to planning calendar in alignment with Finance Directors
Focus on production controlling (e.g. standard costing, deviation, cost of quality)
Preparation of segment specific planning reports and presentations
Review, analyzation, challenge and commenting planning and forecasting results
CAPEX controlling (e.g. calculation of business cases)
Coordination of Budgeting process and Forecasts for the plant according to Group & Segment Guidelines
Trade Working Capital Management and Inventory valuation
Drive constant improvement of local finance and controlling processes (e.g. automatization)
Drive task related projects

Your profile:

Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in business administration with a focus on controlling
5 to 7 years of professional experience in plant controlling in an international environment
Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Reliability and ability to work under pressure
Structured, independent and precise way of working
High degree of responsibility
Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is an advantage
Team spirit, helpfulness and a confident manner
Business fluent in English and German
