IT Technical Support Executive 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Provide Information Technology Services and Supports to Customer of Information Technology Department in Latexx Partners Berhad and Semperit Group; and all other Technical Teams in Group IT ensuring systems are maintained and supported to the highest standards in accordance with Service Level Agreements and as required by the Organization and Group IT

 

  1. Provide Technical Service and Support to process Service Requests from End Users in a timely fashion and in line with Service Level Agreements for all PC Hardware, Software and Associated Peripherals.
  2. Deploy and Maintain the existing PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment to standards determined - Install and Configure operating systems and software (through SCCM) to agreed standards and carrying out routine under the direction of the Information Technology Department and Group IT
  3. Provide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to End Users on all IT Related matters - Log and maintain support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries
  4. Compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory and assest register of hardware and software; when new equipment is installed, moved or disposed of, or transferred within organisation, in line with Inventory & Computer Equipment Disposal Policy. (Safe keeping of IT equipment under postholder’s care, including transit to other sites)
  5. Compilation Information Technology Department's (IT Support Centre) technical documentation, guidelines and procedures and ensure they are disseminated to other IT Personnel and End Users
