Senior Expert Corporate Development - M&A 

 

Job Description:

  • Evaluation of potential acquisition targets and  M&A transactions support
  • Perform strategic analyses (Markets, Competition etc.) and development of strategic options as basis for the management board's decision making on corporate strategy.
  • Identification and valuation of M&A targets and drive of the M&A process (negotiations, transaction, Post Merger Integration etc.) in close cooperation with board members and business segments.
  • Advising the board members, other Executive Committee members, and other corporate/international managers on matters related to strategy, organisational design and corporate performance and leading special projects and initiatives as necessary
  • Lead Mergers & Acquisitions Process (From M&A-Target Analysis to Post-Merger Integration)
  • Program lead for implementation tracking of all corporate-level initiatives (e.g. strategy execution) and reporting to the management board

 

Job Requirements:

  • Academical degree in Business Administration or Technical Engineering plus additional MBA (University, University of applied science,…)
  • 5-10 years’ experience including Management (Corporate) or Professional Services Position (e.g. Management Consulting or Investment Banking)
  • Profound experience in strategic management and steering
  • experience in managing major improvement projects & transformations
  • Experience in leadership and management, specifically in managing cross-functional intercultural teams without having (direct) reporting line relationship
  • State of the art IT skills (MS Office)
  • International Travel willingness (25%)
  • Language: English is a must; German is an advantage

Gross yearly salary: from EUR € 65.000.- (in accordance with the collective labour agreement); higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience.
