HR Business Partner SRP

Main Responsibilities:
1) Understand business, in particular on plant operation, present constant  at shopfloor to keep communication & collect feedback, bring them to operation management and HRM, convert or advise to relevant HR actions and initiative
2) Executes effective day-to-day Business HR operations (processes and functions), proper recruit, monitor and help turnover reduction, to ensure the smoothly HR operations. 
3) Provides support and helps the line management to develop employees’ capabilities to the mid-to-long-term business needs, work on L&D initiatives/activities, people development at shopfloor
4) Support local management in communicating HR issues properly to employees, counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues and changes
5) Ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon Group/Regional HR directives, policies, guidelines, processes, systems and programs throughout the site organization
6) Provides HR expertise to business on successful hiring, L&D concepts/mindsets/Commitment, works closely with HR team China & Global Process owner
7) Keep deadline and quality to submit all HR reports and response to requests
8) Ensure the solid HR administration

Key requirements
(1)University degree or equivalent, Human Resources major preferred
(2)5+ years related experience in manufacturing environment, blue collar recruitment experience is a plus
(3)Good communication and messaging skills (with all levels) , good influencing skill and strong networker 
(4)Good Knowledge of labor law and local regulation
(5)Good English skill (written is must), excellent Microsoft office skills  
(6)Basic understanding of financial impacts derived from HR decisions and policies
