At our location in Vienna, we are currently recruiting for our segment SEMPERMED:

Head of Digital Marketing & Market Intelligence 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for transformation from traditional to digital marketing tools.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Analysis of end-to-end customer experience in different digital channels.
• Review the communication strategy and brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency
• Collect and compile all relevant information to establish the most professional picture of Sempermed's relevant market and prepare regular internal communication of updates.
• Identify trends in the further development of the glove market and analyse new business opportunities to prepare market entry support for the sales team
• Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team

Requirements:

• University/college degree with marketing specialisation or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of Marketing/Sales/Communication in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in successful implementation of state-of-the-art digital marketing tools.
• Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels.
• Leadership experience would be an asset
• Good communication/presentation skills
• Able to work with peers in a matrix structure
• Multilingual (English and German)

Gross monthly salary: from EUR €3.500,00  (in accordance with the collective labour agreement); higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience
