Group Compliance Expert f/m/x
What to expect:
- Execute and manage key Group compliance tools, including Privacy Nexus, Gifts and Hospitality, Donations and Sponsorship, BPC tool, and learning platforms (LRN, Articulate)
- Implement compliance activities related to embargos, financial sanctions, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing
- Developing content, trainings, managing the Compliance site and support the delivery of compliance training
- Raise awareness and support project implementation for compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with local compliance officers and act as a first point of contact where needed, supporting communication between local teams and the Senior Compliance Manager
- Contact person for compliance topics and inquiries both internally for our employees from all over the world as well as for external partners
- Support in monitoring, evaluating, and developing compliance management systems, processes, and procedures, including the preparation of independent reports for the Compliance Department
- Assist in implementing the data protection program, ensuring GDPR-compliant data processing, and establishing control mechanisms
What we expect:
- University degree in law, business ethics, economics or comparable studies
- More than 4 years of professional experience
- Advanced understanding of integrity and compliance management systems and compliance legal requirements
- Project management skills
- Advanced fluent English (oral and in writing), good command of other languages would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office package and other software solutions
- Independent, proactive, assertive and solution-oriented way of working
- Diligence and detail orientation, analytical skills
- Adapting to quickly changing priorities

Location: 1100 Vienna - global head office (QBC) at the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof)
Gross annual salary: at least € 50,000 (according to collective agreement, full-time), overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience
