Indirect Spend Manager 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the indirect procurement, development, communication and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Global roll out of the purchase requisition and purchase order process.
  • Perform purchase negotiations (spot purchases + long term contract) as well as the preparation of supply contracts that meet the requirements of the internal customers.
  • Optimizing the supplier portfolio and permanent analysis of the relevant raw material markets.
  • Identifying saving potentials and implement of derived saving actions and the communication and presentation of the results to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Auditing and developing of existing and potential suppliers.
  • Coordination of Procurement Controlling Tasks, such as price information for the segments, savings update, contract performance tracking.



  • Commercial background
  • Min 3 years work experience within Group Procurement – preferably an international organisation.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), any additional language, especially Eastern European language would be a plus.
  • Experience in relevant IT systems is highly needed (SAP MM, MS Office).
  • Analytical thinking, team player, strong communication and implementation skills

Gross monthly salary: from EUR €2.800,00  (in accordance with the collective labour agreement); higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience
