Global Head of Quality Management FORM (f/m/x)

Are you ready to take a decisive role in the global development and optimization of our quality management? As Global Head of Quality Management FORM (f/m/x), you will ensure that our QM system meets the highest standards and is continuously developed further. In this key position, which reports directly to site management, you will be the competent contact person for colleagues and managers on quality issues.

What you can expect:

Responsibility for the combined QM system of our Business Form
Maintenance and further development of the CQMS
Management of the QM organization
Planning and coordination of internal and external audits incl. customer audits, management audits, PPAs and Gemini audits and continuous processing of the results
Preparation of reports and analyses on QM topics
Coordination with R&D during the development of management, product controls, and cooperation with other departments in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Development of QM documentation in compliance with management system requirements, quality planning, verification and validation
Implementation of QM training courses and workshops for employees and managers
Continuous improvement of QM system, audits, management reviews, quality IP targets, CIP activities, standards and procedures
Definition of strategic objectives – in coordination with management – for quality standards for products and processes aimed at improving quality and reducing costs (Cost of Non-Quality)
Definition and reporting of relevant KPIs related to quality standards (e.g., customer satisfaction, process stability, scrap reduction)
Definition of appropriate quality improvement programs in collaboration with relevant departments, production units, etc., to achieve strategic goals

What we expect:

Completed studies or higher with a technical background
Several years of professional experience in quality management
Knowledge of the management standards ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 required
Knowledge of the automotive standard IATF 16949 desirable
Knowledge of quality methods according to ISO 9001 (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W1H, Ishikawa, 8D reports etc.) and statistics an advantage
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
High organisational competence and excellent communication skills
Business-oriented thinking and acting
High degree of initiative and implementation skills
Ability to work in a team and appreciate new approaches
Willingness to travel and openness to new challenges

Location: 2632 Wimpassing/Lower Austria (70 km south of Vienna)

Annual gross salary: starting from EUR 68.888,40 (according to the collective agreement for the chemical industry, based on full-time employment)
