Global Head of Quality Management - Form f/m/x

What you can expect:
- Responsibility for the combined QM system of our Business Form
- Maintenance and further development of the CMS
- Management of the 7-person team
- Management and coordination of internal and external audits incl. customer audits, management audits, PPAs and Gemba audits and continuous processing of the results 
- Preparation of management reviews and monthly KPIs 
- Operational support for quality issues (e.g. complaint management, product controls,...) and cooperation with other departments in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Collaboration with R&D during the development and change control process with quality planning, verification and validation, customer requirements and implementation 
- Support in driving the improvement process by providing facts and figures, relevant standards and best practice solutions
- Collaborate with the business management team on QM system, audits, management reviews, quality PI targets, CIP activities, standards and procedures

What we expect: 
- HTL-Ing/BSC or higher with a technical background
- Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management
- Knowledge of the management standards ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 required
- Training as an auditor according to ISO 9001 desirable
- Knowledge of operational excellence methods (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W1H, Ishikawa, 8D reports etc.) and statistics an advantage
- Business fluent in German and English 
- Organized and strong implementation personality
- Highly open-minded towards new approaches and perspectives
- Diplomatic skills in dealing with people
- Perseverance and determination to achieve goals
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and new challenges

Location: 2632 Wimpassing im Schwarzatale (southern Lower Austria, approx. 70km from Vienna)

Gross annual salary: at least € 68,000 (according to collective agreement, full-time), overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience
