Head of Supply Chain Management FORM f/m/x

Are you ready to take the lead in our supply chain management FORM and establish a centralized structure for our plant in Wimpassing? In this position, you will consolidate decentralized supply chain departments, standardize planning and reporting methods and successfully implement modern planning tools. As Head of Supply Chain Management FORM f/m/x you will implement S&OP strategies and coordinate with other plants and relevant stakeholders within the Semperit Group. Head of Supply Chain Management FORM (f/m/x)

What you can expect:

• Implementation of a modern, centralized supply chain management for the Wimpassing plant including tools, reporting and meetings
• Management of a team of 8 people
• Coordination of demand (sales) and supply (production) as well as ongoing coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Focus on customer satisfaction, lead times and OTIF (On-Time-In-Full)
• Contributing new ideas and experience to implement advanced supply chain management methods at the Wimpassing plant, including modern planning methods (e.g. make-to-stock, make-to-order, statistical forecasting)

What we expect:

• Completed studies in supply chain management and/or logistics and/or mathematics (HTL, FH or university)
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in manufacturing industries with advanced supply chain management (e.g. automotive, high-tech)
• Experience in the evaluation and implementation of modern planning tools (e.g. OMP, Kinaxis)
• Expertise in the design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and modern planning methods
• Experience in the transformation from decentralized to centralized supply chain management
• Knowledge of (big) data analytics desirable
• Business fluent in English and German
• Sound change management skills and strong communication and problem-solving skills

Place of employment: 2632 Wimpassing im Schwarzatale (southern Lower Austria, approx. 70km from Vienna)

Gross annual salary: at least € 68,000 according to collective agreement, full-time (attractive overpayment possible - depending on your professional qualifications and experience)
